At my core, I'm someone who loves people- listening to their stories, learning what matters to them, and helping however I can. My husband and I got married in 2025, and we can't wait to start a family one day. We dream about owning our own piece of land, building a house, and starting a little homestead together. That dream is the heartbeat of everything I do here.

I know land isn't just dirt and a deed- it's somebody's story. I remind myself often that on the other side of every offer is a real person with a real life.

That's why I started Good Soil Land. Selling vacant land shouldn't be confusing, slow, or stressful, but too many landowners get stuck waiting on agents, dealing with surprise fees, or worrying about who they can really trust. That's where I come in and I love every part of it!

My approach is straightforward: real conversations, fair offers, and a closing process that's fast, transparent, and handled by reputable title companies. I take ownership of every property myself- no assignments, no middlemen. Just me, doing the work the right way- every time.
